How to Play Bible Solitaire

The Official Bible Solitaire is free, no-signup Klondike solitaire with a Christian twist — daily Scripture, blessings, and a wrist-friendly portrait layout. If you’ve played classic solitaire, you already know most of it. Here’s everything in two minutes.

The goal

Move all 52 cards into the four Foundation piles at the top. Each foundation is built up by a single suit, starting with the Ace and ending with the King. Clear every card and you win the deal.

The board at a glance

Step-by-step rules

  1. Build columns down, alternating colors. Place a red card on the next-higher black card, or a black on a red — for example, a red 6 onto a black 7.
  2. Send Aces and up to the foundations. As soon as an Ace is free, move it up top, then add the 2, 3, 4… of that same suit in order.
  3. Flip hidden cards. When you clear the cards covering a face-down card, it flips over and joins the game. Empty columns can be filled with a King.
  4. Draw from the stock when you run out of moves, and play cards off the waste pile.
  5. Tap “See” to peek at hidden tableau cards — our patent-pending feature for planning tricky moves. Use unlimited Undo and Hint any time.
  6. Win by clearing every card to the foundations — then enjoy the celebration (and try the hypnotic Sleep Mode card dance!).

⚡ Quick tips to win more

  • Always turn over face-down tableau cards before anything else — information wins games.
  • Don’t rush Aces and 2s up too fast if you still need them to park other cards.
  • Try to empty a column so you have a flexible spot for a King.
  • Use See and Hint when you’re stuck — there’s no penalty.

What makes Bible Solitaire different

Beyond classic Klondike rules, every day deals a Daily Blessing game. Win it to unlock that day’s Bible blessing for reflection and earn Keys, which open dozens of custom card backs and backgrounds — including easy-on-the-eyes night modes. Earn 10 Blessings in a month and you’ll earn a Bible in the game.

And unlike most solitaire sites, the game plays in portrait orientation — better for your hand and wrist, since you’re not constantly reaching across a wide screen.
